All visitors to the mall are required to undergo mandatory temperature screening and submit personal data for contact tracing before entry. Visitors may present their physical ID (with barcode) for scanning or scan the Safe Entry QR code & present the success screen to our staff to enter the mall.

Shoppers are encouraged to check-in at the Main Entrance, Taxi-Stand Entrance or the Carpark Entrance at Level 2 upon arriving at the mall.

Entrance to the mall via the carpark is only accessible via Level 2. Patrons who parked at Level 3 to make their way to Level 2 via the staircase for Safe Entry Check-in.
